Its been almost 3 years since the last time i posted something on this website... I never intended things to be like this I swear. For everyone who loved This Glacial Love comic that i started almost 6 years ago, I really appreciate all your comments and favs. I feel I owe you an explanation for why I stopped posting more of that comic.
The comic was something I did for fun and something I held onto to escape the responsibilities being an adult and to mask the lack of happiness in my life. So. To put it bluntly I've grown out of it. I started out on devinatart obsessed with anime and everything related to the point that all I drew was fan art and anime... which sort of stunted my artistic development and gave me unrealistic expectations of life. Also indulging in anime and manga was a good way to ignore the other aspects in life which were empty and lacking.
That started to change for me in 2009, hence the decline between 2009-2010 in my updates. So speed up to 2013, and I am a very different person; I love fantasy literature (hate paranormal romance though), I love drawing all types of fantasy, and drawing from nature and mythology. I am happier! I want to pursue other areas of art such as watercolouring, build up my observational drawing skills and get my creative juices flowing again. Don't get me wrong, I still love harry/draco and boy love and respect anime.
I hope I can one day come back to my comic and finish it off. If not you have my heartfelt apologies. Its just not the only bright point in my life as it once was. Also I will probably no longer use this account to post new artwork (I will check it now and then however), I plan to start up a new deviantart accounting and an art blog with all my drawings on it sometime this year. I'll put links up on this account if anyone's interested.
